1. DIY Assembly Requirement

All ride-on toys are delivered in semi-assembled condition and require self-assembly (DIY) by the customer.

Detailed assembly instructions are provided inside the package.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring safe setup before use

Next Gen Toys shall not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect assembly or failure to follow provided instructions.


2. Warranty Policy for Ride-On Toys

Unless explicitly mentioned on the product page, ride-on toys are not covered under warranty after delivery.

  • Technician visitation charges (location dependent)

6. Spare Parts Policy

Spare parts are not covered under warranty.

If a customer mistakenly orders an incorrect spare part and cancellation is approved:

  • The item must be returned to our warehouse at the customer’s expense.
  • Upon receipt and inspection, the correct part will be dispatched.
  • Actual shipping charges will apply.

7. Missing Items

In case of missing components:

  • An unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel is required.
  • After verification by our support team, the missing item will be dispatched free of cost.

This process ensures fair and accurate resolution.
