1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement
To ensure smooth processing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via Email or WhatsApp.
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
• The item was damaged during transit
• A wrong item was delivered
To help us resolve your concern quickly and accurately, we require a complete unboxing video.
Why is the unboxing video required?
We request a full, uninterrupted unboxing video (from start to finish) because:
• It helps us verify transit damage genuinely and quickly
• It protects honest customers from delays
• It prevents misuse and fraudulent claims
• It enables faster approval without unnecessary back-and-forth
This step allows us to process genuine claims smoothly and fairly for everyone.
📌 Claims without a clear unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

2. Special Policy for Dress Items (Size-Related)
For hygiene and product integrity reasons:
• We do not offer size exchange for dress items.
• We strongly recommend contacting our support team for size clarification before placing your order.

3. Return Process & Customer Responsibility
If your return request is approved:
• The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
• All tags, accessories, manuals, and original materials must be included.
• The product must be packed securely to prevent transit damage.
📌 We currently do not provide reverse pickup service.
Customers are requested to send the parcel via safe and reliable delivery services.
For added safety, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Please note:
• The return shipment remains under the customer’s responsibility until it is safely delivered to our address.
• While we are always here to assist, we are unable to take responsibility for loss, delay, or damage during return transit.
• Products received in used, damaged, altered, or incomplete condition may not qualify for refund or replacement.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
• You will be notified regarding approval status.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow your bank or payment provider sufficient time to reflect the refund.
If the original payment method is unavailable, Next Gen Toys reserves the right to issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit.

6. COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy

• Refusal of COD orders at delivery may result in future order restrictions.
