  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may require additional time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, logistics delays, or regional restrictions.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout.
  • Any free shipping offers will be mentioned during promotional campaigns.

There are no hidden charges.


4. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and secure delivery across India.

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive tracking details via SMS or email.
  • You can track your shipment directly through the courier tracking link.

5. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

Customers are requested to:

  • Provide accurate and complete shipping details.
  • Ensure availability at the delivery address during the expected delivery window.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


6. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

To maintain fair service for all customers:

  • COD orders must be accepted at the time of delivery.
  • Refusal of COD orders without valid reason may lead to restriction of future COD services.
  • Next Gen Toys reserves the right to deny COD facility to customers with repeated order refusals.

This helps us avoid unnecessary logistics losses and maintain operational efficiency.


7. Damaged Parcel at Delivery

If the outer parcel appears:

  • Opened
  • Tampered
  • Severely damaged

We recommend recording a video before opening the package and informing us immediately within 24 hours.

This ensures faster resolution and protects your claim.


8. Force Majeure

Next Gen Toys shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Flood, fire, earthquake
  • Pandemic restrictions
  • Government regulations
  • Courier strikes or transportation disruptions

We appreciate your understanding in such rare situations.


9. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
